Need advise in upgrading

Hi all,

I am planning to upgrade my desktop. Am trying to seek advise on what is the best motherboard + processor + graphic card I can buy with a budget of $500 total.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H55M USB3
GPU: Nvidia GTX 460
Processor: forgot liao.

I suspect all these up lorry liao but haven't diagnose it yet cos I cannot even boot my computer.
