Heya, I need some advise on which laptop to get. I'm need a new laptop for multimedia and game dev purposes and my main concern is durability. I've done some research on google and the ones that I saw are mainly gaming laptops but I do not know if its that good. I'd be fine getting a gaming laptop but I want to get one that has good reviews. Would be nice if anyone can advise me on which models to get. Thank you very much! ^_^

I already have a desktop, but I need a laptop for school usage. Trying to keep my budget under $2,500. I actually do have an Aftershock laptop from almost 3 years ago, but after not touching it for half a year its pretty much dead right now haha. I need a new laptop urgently therefore I doubt I have the time to get aftershock this time

Not quite sure yet but most probably it would require at least a decent gpu. I would probably get a gaming laptop since I'll be dealing with that anyways I guess. So are there any models with good reviews so far? Got some suggestions to get asus rog ones or msi..

nah. rog and msi dun bother.....

just go for aftershock. but it's best if we find out what software u are using. i think even the 3 year old aftershock might be able to handle.

What do u meant by not sure??? Like u dunno the name? Or like the software not listed in any software company?? (Made by private unknown company, like god knows who or what they are?)

Anyway not sure what software u using but there is a dell lantidue series which is durable and have high processor if your software required multi thread processor. Cost wise also ain't sure if it meets your budget, but since it allows customisation, so I think its worth the money as well.
