Hi bros here,
I have an old rig & my purpose is to build a moderate gaming rig eg: BF3 game & movie online streaming.
I just need to change my motherboard & ram, any advise to fit in on my remaining hardware to get my purpose?

My $ range : $100 - $500
My remaining hardware : GPU: Asus NVIDIA® GeForce 8600GT/HTDP/256M
HDD: Seagate 500GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit [OEM]
PSU: Aerocool 500HP EN53075

The mouse, monitor and speaker need not buy.

CPU & Mobo: i3-3220 & Asrock B75M-DGS @ $213 (Tradepac)
Ram: Kingston 1600mhz value ram 4GB @ $27 (Tradepac)
GPU & PSU: Powercolor 7850 1GB & Silverstone 500W @ $280 (PC Themes bundle promo)

Total: $520

Should be good enough to handle BF3 at mid-high settings.

Thanks bro.
I think it will be ok that i get CPU & Mobo & Ram as mentioned by you and skip off GPU & PSU.

I would consider getting the 7850 IMHO. The 8600GT is too weak to run BF3 at low iirc..

I don't think your gpu is good enough to handle BF3 in mid setting smoothly. You might want to consider changing it..

Maybe u can state your budget for this upgrade?

Next if u want a similar performance upgrade is GTX 1050 or RX 460.
