Need Advise- Replace Mainboard (what)+ other options?

Hi bros. Grateful for all advice on my previous graphic card problem so back again.

This time my relative having an issue with Dell Vostro 260s bought 2012.
PC will hang after being switched on.
Relative phoned up Dell support and was told Motherboard needs to be replaced.

What are the mainboards that can fit the CPU?
Open to changing the Chassis if needed for a better mainboard as well.

Alternately, relative is thinking of upgrading but her actual needs are quite basic.
Web surfing, youtube. Any suggestions? I think she's looking for SFF PC for the looks.

You are out of luck. Gen 2 boards are really hard to get lately.

Since main board hard to get, better to change main board and processor together- any recs and any issues with my old casing and psu?
May need to change too?
