I planning to travel the following but I am unsure which to travel first.

- Reach Kansai Airport morning

- Nagoya, 3days

- Kobe,3days

- Kyoto,5days

- Osaka,3days

Do you intend to stay in each cities or making day trips by basing on one or 2 cities? All are doable by basing yourself in Osaka. Except Nagoya is a a 3 hrs ride on non Shinkansen, but just 1hr on Shinkansen away.

These 3 no difference lor. If I am you I will just stay in Osaka the entire 11 days and do daytrips to Kobe and Kyoto.

(Unless you are on high budget trip and want to stay in the atas ryokans in Kyoto).

i would suggest heading straight to nagoya first, then kyoto and lastly osaka.
u can base urself in osaka to visit kyoto and kobe, as suggested by deodorant. ur last few days shld be in osaka coz it is nearer to airport, and u can do shopping in osaka.

not sure if u need 3 days for kobe. 1 day is enuf to cover major attractions in kobe, as well as go up mt rokko for the night view.

would suggest u cut out a few days from kobe and kyoto, and do a side trip to hiroshima for 2-3 days. can visit miyajima, peace park, iwakuni etc.
