3. Is it worth buying Amazon Prime US or SG? Can elaborate?

Accounts interchangable, i use the same acc for both.

Prime US and Prime SG are different; Prime US only applies to the US site, Prime SG only applies to SG site.

Yes, Prime SG(3/mth) is usually way cheaper than the shipping cost(7++?). You get a free Twitch Prime sub too.

Yes orders details are seperate. Not too sure about payment method and address, have been awhile since I started to use Amazon SG. Address seem to sync up with the US site, payment method should sync too, but don't shoot me if it doesn't sync.

You can just treat it as common login details, but seperate sites.

Umm, I do have a local Singapore prime account, and it does tie to some (not most) prime items which are in their US warehouse. But unlike the stock that is labelled as Prime SG at the left hand side, the delivery will not be the next day and may take a while. You also have to pay for delivery seperate, unless orders are above 60 SGD. At least for me. If you want the delivery faster, there are faster delivery options.

If you sign up a US account, the items available may be different, but you wont qualify for the free delivery above 60 SGD anymore I think. Selection may be better but they may not delivery outside of the US.

You can also try amazon JP. Which I did. Plenty of amazing stuff from Japan and they do ship much quicker than US.

Agree with this. I also use Prime grocery shopping for heavier/bulkier items so I don't have to either cart it, or take a cab with it. The savings add up to a lot.

Curious, how do you navigate the language differences? Google translate isn't the most accurate.

Same account but they segregate orders/cart between US and SG.

You can go to amazon.sg to try to find the product. If above $60, then it is free shipping from US to Singapore.

Amazon.com don't have free shipping to Singapore. Need to pay. Generally if the product can be found in amazon.sg and sold by Amazon US as seller, the price is about the same as ship from amazon.com store. LPPL.

When I browse amazon.co.jp, usually use desktop also. Can select EN too.

Mainly it will show the interface lang in English, the item description still in jp, but good enough to shop. Item description, unless it's a jp-only product, should have english description easily found via google anyway.
