If not overclocking, get the AsRock H87M Pro4 and Kingston PC3-1600 valueRAMs instead.

Intel 520 is if u still can find. My Intel 520 very rare nowadays, becoming antique liao The next best alternative is to get the Plextor M5P 128GB instead.

Casing wise CoolerMaster N200 is unheard of and untested, so no feedback on that. I rather u choose NZXT Source 210 instead, unless u have a strong affection for CoolerMaster casings.

Go for value ram since you are not going to overclock.

Very hard to find this SSD. Can consider Plextor M5P instead.
HDD -WD Green 3TB
Can consider Toshiba or Hitachi 7200rpm HDD. I think the price should be about the same.

Why nzxt instead of sharkoon t28?

i5-4570 is not meant for overclocking. Hence i left out the chip since its gonna be the same.

As for the NZXT Source 210, it's abt the same matx size and form factor as the CM N200 that TS wanted. TS also wanted an matx mobo, so i guess space contraints may be wad TS is facing and preventing him from getting the Sharkoon T28 which is ATX form factor.

Budget wise.. 1800 including monitor.. so I am just sparing around ~1600 for the PC
