Depends on the individual, but having strong background in maths with regards to vector and trigo and being able to visualise 3D object will give u an edge in 2003. As for 1007, it is also depend on whether u can trace/write code well from recursive equations and using pointers etc. For poly students like me usually struggle with 2003 due to weak math background
CZ1007 : is a tough subject for a beginner of C programming especially if you don't know pointers and recursive well. (They can be REALLY tough)
CZ2003 : is relatively easy subject to score if you can do the project without referencing for helps or lecturer's code. (That would assist your understanding of how the things work).
