Hi Guys, I have a few questions to ask you gurus.
Note: I have dry-normal skin (leaning closer to dry)
1) What are the normal treatments one would do when people with my skin type go to a facial salon monthly?
I don't have any acne, pimple or spots problems, just dry skin. Yesterday when I tried for the first time at faceofman (@roxysq), I did microdermabrasion > blackheads > ampoule > mask, total damage is $88. As I haven't had facial for ages and I don't use any facial product, I thought the treatments I had was effective, the microdermabrasion really remove dead skin cells and my face feel smoother, black heads lesser.
2) What brand and type of skin care products I should go for as far as cleanser, toner and moisturizer is concerned?
The lady at faceofman advise that I should go for purifying/hydrating types but I don't know which brand to go for. When I research online, cream-based lotion is recommended for dry skin. Faceofmen actually do sell them but they are gel-based. My budget is ~$20-$40 a bottle, and I don't mind different brands as long as they work together.
Appreciate any advise. If you are interested to know about my experience with faceofman, also feel free to ask.
