I think I saw a couple of people (1 of them is you ) recommending zotac for 1070. Are Zotac gpu good and how is their support? Havent really done any research into them.

Done a quick search on lazada and found a cheap Zotac 1070:

Is this gpu good for my needs?

After doing some quick research, it seems that the Zotac 1070 Mini will have noise and temperature issues due to its small fans as compared to other regular gpu...

Hmmmm im not sure about palit sjs 1070, i have seen quite a number of people here in hwz having display port problems with those...

well there is one user go for exchange with convergent on another batch and so far no complain from him probably that means the issues is fixed though.

Consider other HDD unless you need the warranty for WD black.

Since you're spending so much, consider getting a better tower cooler or even AiO if you're going to OC. But big tower cooler would be more reliable for your usage. Something like Noctua NH D14 or Cryorig R1.

Actually after much digging around, i realized cyrorig coolers are much better than 212

I did consider noctua before but the color really turns me off lol...

Im now considering between cryorig h5 universal, r1 universal or ultimate, but i think the ripjaws would not fit if i used the r1 ultimate though (its freaking huge! )

Is there a better alternative to WD black? I did consider WD blue initially, but then I have seen so many people mentioned in other forums that WD black is more reliable and better if using it for video editing and especially working with large file sizes (intending to create/edit raw 1080p videos which tend to be damn large).

Can the 212 X suffice if I have no intention of OC? Although I have no idea how to OC anyway and I am not sure If I ever need to

HGST Deskstar NAS is not a bad choice, 3/4/5/6TB can find on lazada but only 3 years warranty. WD Blue or Toshiba HDDs also can.

Cryorig H7 is the cooler you can get if using ripjaws, but imo, would get low profile ram like corsair vengeance instead, no clearance issue.

HGST seems like a really good deal now, and the vengeance seems like more bang for buck and looks better too, and i can fit the R1 ultimate now as well
