Hi all,

Can recommend a gaming rig under $2,000? Don't intend to upgrade individual parts along the way so would like to futureproof the rig for the next few years. Need OS and monitor (preferably with built-in speakers).

Thanks!

How much u pay for? Would like a skylake model if possible?

Maybe someone else like moneyface can better advise you the prices now. For future-proofing also depend on what games you play..

I got my rig somewhere in the middle of this year, with the monitor (built-in speaker) and Razer kb & mouse for 1.9k++.

Ok thanks. The more demanding games I play are like witcher and fallout.

Thanks for this. If want to upgrade the GTX970, which one is better? MSI or Asus?

Also is the Gigabyte or MSI Gaming MB better?

For graphic card, insignificant performance different. Just get the cheaper one.

For motherboard, zero performance different from a cheap to an expensive motherboard. Just get a cheap motherboard that cater to your requirement.
