Need guidance in choosing desktop

Hi ppl,

I am looking for a new desktop, saw a HP slim-line desktop with the following specs:

AMD Radeon™ R5 330 graphics card with 1GB DDR3 dedicated memory
Intel® Core™ i5-6400T with Intel® HD Graphics 530 (2.2 GHz, up to 2.8 GHz, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)
1 TB 7200 rpm SATA
4 GB DDR3L (1 x 4 GB)
Windows 10 64

not using for gaming, mainly net surfing and video watching, not sure the specs above are enough for my usage?

Just about any PC will do for surfing the internet and watching videos. I would suggest you add a SSD (about $125) as it would make the PC much more responsive.
