If you looking for gaming performance I would say go for the amd build. A 7750 crossfire will still be better than the gtx650. Unless you up your gtx650. On top of that got free far cry 3 game.

Bro just follow nipppons build that will be the best. Cause I have checked for you that the gtx660 with the thermaltake 630w is going for just $225!

Go for the Intel build for now!

Don't bother with the 7750 4GB. It uses DDR3 ram instead. 1GB uses GDDR5.

Ref card means the cooler is designed by nvidia... or sometimes called blower style. It sucks in air and channels the air through the card. Hot air will then be dispersed at the ports. Ref cards uses the base clocks n boost clocks set by nvidia.

Non-ref card means each brand has their own cooler to cool it. It sucks in air to cool the heatsink. but, it is designed to be open-concept, so some heat can escape into the case...Each brand can increase the base n boost clocks...

Google is your best friend. Quite long to explain. But in short is only one fan blower to push out the air all the way to the back of the chassis. Comes out of the factory not over clocked. Basically everything at stock.
