Need help: 2nd hard disk data not accessible

Hi, I just DIY a new desktop system and i tried to install my 2nd hard disk, which is my old hard disk from old computer, to my new computer. However it detected my old hard disk (sata 2) active and healthy and it is under local disk D. However when i double click it, it shows "local disk D not accessible". I wonder how could i remedy it or any other way to retrieve back my data in old hard disk?

u may want to try to plugin to some ext hdd portable and try?

Try restart your desktop and see if able to access?
