CPU & Mobo: i5-3450 & Asrock B75 Pro 3M @ $328
Slight difference in clock speed but won't affect too much on your gameplay.
Ram: Kingston 1600mhz value ram 8GB @ ~$70
ODD: HP DVD RW @ $25
HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 1TB @ ~$80
SSD: Plextor M5P 128GB @ ~$143
GPU: Powercolor 7870 Myst @ $311
Performance is rather close to 7950 but at the expense of a much higher power consumption. IIRC, it should come with free game bundle as well.
Case: Asgard Pro @ $68
Sharkoon T28 comes with 3 pre-installed fans. Asgard Pro comes with 2 pre-installed fans, one at the front and the other at the rear. However, Asgard Pro has additional fan slots to install more fans if you think that 2 fans are not enough to keep to your ideal temp.
PSU: FSP Raider 550W @ $78
OS: Windows 7 Home 64 bit OEM @ $110

Total: $1213
Buy and build at Tradepac.

Some things to take note when you are buying from Tradepa. Be firm with your decision and do not be swayed to upgrade your components to higher end and more expensive parts unless the items u want are OOS. Be there to see them assemble your rig and make sure they return all spare parts of your chassis.

I guess the $39 is enough for you to cab to and fro SLS? :D

Thank you very much :)
Very detailed and helpful there.
One question with your recommended specs is what if i still use Intel Core i5 3470 instead of i5-3450? Whats the pros and cons?
