as some brothers also advise on what to do, for stress tests, consider these

Furmark/Heaven Benchmark (gpu stress test)
Prime95/IntelBurnTest/LinX ( cpu stress test)
Memtest (memory stress test)
hyper pi (cpu/mem)

use cpuz/gpuz/hwinfo for monitering/detection

all components should be detected, pc properly cooled ventilated

Furmark has ran without problems for 2 hrs plus without error, GPU temperature is just 46 degrees

system auto restart and hang at login prompt after Intel burn test ran for 2 times out of 10 times even though result is consistent

System hangs after running prime 95 for less than 2 mins

CPU and gpu temperature was like 50 degrees and 46 degrees each

After running Memtest for less than 10 mins , the whole screen went blank and system hang

All test were done separately.

Does the above result means there's high possibility in my mainboard, cpu and ram being defective?

sounds like RAM only, since IBT stresses the ram quite a lot too...

did u try removing 3 of the rams?
try testing with just 1 ram individually, if error, try switching to another. And also remember alternating using other ram slots too.
if all 4 rams result in hang/restart, high chances its yr mobo or cpu

All 4 ram passed the memtest for 100 percent coverage without error individually .

I am running prime 95 blend test again now, it's running for 5 hours without any errors presently ... real weird,

I can't diagnose where the problem lies in now ...
