Need help building a budget gaming pc

Mainly for games like Dark souls 3 or witcher 3.

Budget : $1000 an below
Ram : 8gb
(No need mouse,keyboard and maybe ssd)

Which store sells more cheaper with free building service

anyway the game u playing its a little taxing to the gpu and cpu. but if u are not gaming at high end with special effect, maybe can get playable fps with this build:

ASUS H81M-K + i5 4590 @364
Kingston DDR3 8GB @48
Toshiba 1TB @64
Zotac 120GB @59
Palit GTX 970+SF Ledex 550W Sliver @489
Corsair Spec-01 @79

well if pay a $10 fee for assembly can right? if not u can beg them by telling them that u buy them some kopi for the assembly fee.

Pleaseee, now is not the time to buy GTX 970 as it is old card and isn't worth its price.
Will suggest you to wait for RX 480 Custom or GTX 1060 ref card(both have same price as gtx970 but stronger)

i know, but the thing is that getting for 1k playing such taxing gpu game the most he can for go for is GTX 970. As for GTX 1060, he will probably needs around 200+ (but i cant be sure for local pricing)
