I am afraid that shops may try to hoax me into buying parts that they are trying to get rid off, any idea how to avoid this?

Do ur homework. Know exactly what you want. Any doubts go home and redo ur homework and not make changes on the spot.

Only go to trusted shops. Don't be a miser and trust "incredible deals"

Buy parts from Qoo10/Lazada and bring them down to SLS for assembly....

Prices all in B&W and you'll get to save alot with all the discount coupons. Many distributors and SLS shops are selling on these platforms so you won't be chopped...

If you know you way, $300 & above savings is achievable...
