Need Help building a Gaming pc for a Kid

Hi guys

i recently met and old friend from secondary school, chatted for abit and i found out that he is now married with 2 kids. Hes youngest son who i think is the sweetest boy has a mild case of muscular dystrophy which means that he's body has some trouble processing calcium. He acts and talks like any other cheerful 10 year old boy but the chances of him walking normally as he gets older is slim, for that reason he is usually attached to his 2 best friends Jack and Max, hes two machine gun crutches

This kid loves the moba genre, the first time i came over he was already pulling me into looking at a replay of a match he played on league of legends.
He did not tell it to me outright but i came to know that he's PC is really old
and even when he plays Lol it gets slowed down considerably.

I have some Pc knowledge from being and IT tech a long time ago
but i have no current knowledge on Pc comparability's this gen
I would really appreciate it if you guys can help me out by giving me
a list of things i can grab and fix by myself at sim lim for and affordable price that would satisfy his needs to play the games that he plays.

Processor
Power Supply

Everything else i can figure it out

For me...to avoid disappoint the boy and your i.t skill maybe rusty like me...
i pay those expert to do for me.
You want you go PC Themes...if u know your budget...ask them built for you....just another $20 i guess...as installation fee

How much is your budget? Haha best recommendation I would say is Asrock B75M-DGS & I5-3330/3470.

GPU and PSU if I am not wrong, there is a bundle at PCT for powercolor HD7770 PCS+ & xigmatek 500W. Correct me if I am wrong bros~

When building for someone else, make sure to get the more reliable although more expensive parts.

nothing to extreme aka crysis etc... lol moba games net surfing etc

and the last time i build a top end pc for myself (which was about 3 years ago)
cost me around 1.6 not including the OS

so >.< by my calculations it shouldn't be that extreme right with 700

oh i forgot i also have to get him a Hdd.. nothing big slightly around 500g

yoz ts...u can come over to my place...i try to see able to bulit a computer out of my spare parts which is more den enough for the game he play..and some of the parts get brand new at cost price..and i do it for free..for the little boy...and all the..service is free of charge
as I am a father of 3 kids as well..and always got a soft spot for kids ^.^
