Need help building a gaming PC

Planning to build a gaming PC asap with a budget of $1500. I have no clue about computer tech so I really need some serious help here.Playing games like Counter-Strike Global Offensive and Dota 2. I also have no need for additional accessories such as mouse,keyboard or monitor. I just need help building a rig. No special request for design whatsoever, just need a very efficient and most worth for money gaming PC that I can get with $1500.

would you suggest I get a cheaper one like $1000 or $600? Because I'm looking to play cs.go with a PC that can sustain stable and High FPS for cs.go, I have gathered information that having high fps for shooting games like cs.go is required.

unless your playing with 120fps, if 60fps sure can.

I'm looking for 200+ fps haha, it really does make significant difference. I have a professional player friend who told me that if I want to play cs properly I need to have a PC like that. I agree that it can be smooth with that amount of FPS but I would like to play on high settings at 200+ fps, but since I have $1500 budget, I would like to get the best I can.

Most mainstream monitors max out at 60Hz anyway (= maximum display output is 60fps). Even if your GPU can pump out 200fps, it won't show on your monitor. If you really want then have to upgrade monitor (120Hz/144Hz most common but be prepared to pay a lot more).

thank you so much, I will consider both rigs and really decide if I have to get the 1.5k one. but since you mentioned I can get minimum 90 fps on the 800-900 rig you put together, I will really consider it. but again, it is minimum 90 fps on high graphics/medium graphics?

may I also know what does Plextor m5s 128gb ssd do? I really appreciate your help and hope you don't feel negative in any way. since people have also mentioned monitor is important due to the relevance in fps to the monitor, how much HZ should I look for, for the rig that is worth ~900

ssd = solid state drive.

Any files you put in it will load a lot faster than normal hard drive. Put your OS and CS:GO in the ssd for a faster loading time.

for cs:go and dota 2, i upgraded from 5770 to 7850 expecting a constant max fps but still exactly same fps, then i upgraded my cpu to i5 4570 and get constant max fps, from shaky 80-150 to constant 300 for cs:go. For that 2 games i would get a cheaper gpu but stronger cpu
