Need help building a mid end pc

Hi all, i need help building a PC budget about 800k-1.5k


Usage
Mid gaming like Reaper of Souls, Overwatch, GTA and others.
Video editing, Photo editing and others


My current build 1-5-year-old (every few yrs i will replace faulty parts), facing many problems i don't feel like testing all the parts to replace it.

At first bsod, pc keep crashing and lag


Edit 4/4/18

After reformating my pc hard drive when missing i need to manually activate (disk management), after rebooting the drive when missing... Boot up slow AF(SSD)...

GPU still overheat after i clean it... browsing the net 52degree and gaming 75degree



CPU/RAM usage will randomly shoot up to 100%

There is a stop error code for every BSOD, with the stop error code, not difficult to find out what's the problem with the BSOD.

Ryzen 2200G liao. This the best candidate for all kinds of games from Blizzard Entertainment, without the need of a GPU.

This build can be cheap and just need to reuse your HDD and SSD.

Make sure you reformat it in the new system.

You can try to reuse your R9 380 to add on to it. I believe the R9 380 Gigabyte has the stop fan if the temps are less than certain deg. Check if your fan is spinning or not?

Then your gpu is fine.

This gpu has the zero fan movement, it will only spin at above 60degC iirc.

Wa sian i thought most likely gpu spoil one because of the bsod one of the code is related to my gpu... so i want to rebuild a pc

You stress test 72degC is already a good sign.

Go check your other components.

Just done a few tests all look okay only unknown driver not installed...

Just like keys when you don't need it they are always there but when you are in a rush they are nowhere to be found...
