Hi, looking to get a new gaming desktop as cheap as possible, maybe $1000?

CPU: Intel I5-8400
GPU: 1060 or other AMD cards?
MB: Preferably 4 Ram Slots?
Case: Tecware Nexus M TG
PSU: What is good?
RAM: 8GB DDR4 RAM
SSD: 120 GB
HDD: 1 TB
OS: Wins10 from shop? Or use USB to setup Wins10?
Cooler: What cooler to use? And also I want RGB lights if budget possible.

Can consider waiting for RX580 4GB for $199(a few weeks back on Qoo10) and see if the promo comes back.

MB : why need 4 slots? 2 slots will work fine. Can consider asrock b360m Pro 4 if really wan 4 slots.

PSU : Seasonic, FSP, corsair, super flower. Any that has 500W and abv with 80 Plus bronze should be fine.

SSD : SanDisk plus 240GB for $52.90 on Qoo10 if u self collect + 500 QPoints.

OS : ~$10 from ebay/carousell. ~$2 from taobao. This one cannot elaborate too much.

Get a 4 RAM slot MB in case you need to upgrade ram down the road.
Also, instead of getting 120G SSD. Get a MB with M.2 slot so you can install 120G or 250G NVMe SSD.
