Need help building a Rig!

Hello,

I am helping my cousin to get a rig. Budget is around $600-$800.

He doesn't need a high end desktop... Just primary 6. So a simple desktop able to use for studies and simple gaming (I'm guessing minecraft and who knows what kids play nowadays but definitely nothing high end like the games we play now like MGSV or mad max...) But hopefully able to future proof it for like 4-5 years until he reach late secondary

I will require everything from scratch. Monitor, keyboard, etc.
