Need help building (and finding) itx build..

Hello, I'm helping my uncle to build a simple PC. Budget is under $450 and he looking for a small form factor case. Monitor, k/b, Dvd drive and OS are not needed.

He will be relying on WiFi, and I have this MB in mind GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-H77N-WIFI (rev. 1.0) + Intel G1610 = $243, from PCtheme. Don't really know if this is the cheapest MB with built-in WiFi around though.

I'm also specifically looking for HTPC/slim cases like this: http://i1-news.softpedia-static.com/images/news2/Cooltek-Intros-New-All-Aluminum-HTPC-Case-2.jpg and I get headache looking for it, the closest I can find is Silverstone SG 02 (matx only though) and Fractal Design node 605 (too expensive for budget). Found some reasonable deals on international website but the shipping is too expensive.

Graphic card is not needed at the moment but will be considered in the future.

It is not an urgent purchase, still browsing through forums/pricelist in hope to get some good deal.

Btw at $243 it's GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-H77N-WIFI (rev. 1.0)[/url] + Intel G2020 not G1610. Besides G1610 is a celeron with slightly lower clock speed and lesser cache.

Those 2 looks really decent, but I don't get the power supply thing. " 120W (12V/10A) External AC/DC Adaptor" means those power brick used by laptops? I'm also guessing any low profile video card won't be an option anymore due to the low wattage and lack of expansion slot?
The Lian Li one is good looking but no expansion slot as well. My uncle got a 7 year old son and he MIGHT be considering adding a low profile video card (I have a HD 6670 in my secondary rig if he needs it).
CM elite 120 is the last option then? I'll let him take a look at the pictures and see how it goes.

Try googling Zotac ZBOX ID-70. It's a mini PC that has an in built nVidia graphics that is based on Zotac Z68 ITX-D-E supreme series. Newer series are coming out based on Ivy or possibly Haswell Chipsets but use the ID-70 as an reference

One question..if I choose a MB without built-in wifi receiver, will any USB wifi adapter work? I heard they doesn't receive signal as well as pci/pci-e adapter but the single pci-e slot is probably going to be reserved for GPU in the future.
The modem is located in another room in the same house though, and does anyone have experience with built-in wifi receiver?
