need help, display driver issue

Hi guys, i need help to find out the problem with my computer, i have been getting display driver error mostly when i'm playing games and it happens even when i'm surfing the net too i have already changed into another graphic card and the problem has not yet been solved can someone please help me. i do not have enough power to link the picture here so just copy and paste the link you should be able to see it, i really need help so i know which part i should replace, Thank you all in advance!
