Need help Ez debug cpu led

Hello guys my new pc got this ez debug led under cpu lights up. I tried to take out the kraken x62 and whipe the cpu and install again but the issue still persist. Tried to reinstall the ram also same thing. My monitor also not showing anything "no signal". What else can I do?

what your PC specs? maybe could be your cpu installed wrongly?

Msi z370 gaming pro carbon
Gtx 1070 Palit Jetstream
Gskill trident z rgb

It can start but no signal and cpu debug is on.

Ram also red but got the rgb light

Never remove the cpu, check the mobo for bent pins?

have u checked if u are installing the CPU correctly? like the golden arrow fits the part of the socket arrows?

ram red den maybe try 1 stick in each slot?

Since you say RAM light up red. Resit the RAM, make sure that both the RAMs are fully inserted with the correct slot.

led appear under your cpu section? possible chance could be your cpu or mobo. reapply your thermal paste too otherwise try reset cmos and see if it helps.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies. I tried the followings:

reinstall the ram, take out the cpu to check if installed correctly. Reinstall gpu. check all the cables are connected properly like the cpu power. But still the same.

I am using the kraken x62 and i took photo of the pre applied thermal paste not sure if this is normal.

is your kraken x62 pump working? try to feel the tubes or the unit for slight vibration.. make sure it feels like its water flowing through kind. try with one ram stick.. see if your motherboard has a memok button.. asus has this feature..

thanks for the reply! I checked the aio there's vibration like waterflowing. I am thinking to clear cmos but I dont have the jumper cap, is there any other alternative? I tried to remove the cmos battery yst and insert again but still the same though. I think clear cmos will be my last bet if still cannot i need to bring down to nigel to take a look liao.

you can use a flat head screw driver and make those 2 points connect. by removing the batt, it shld have alr cleared cmos. but maybe you have your power on.. you should remove the batt and power entirely and press the power button to clear off any residual charges left inside, and test again.
