Need help for 2 Biz Desktop

I need 2 desktop for biz usage one will be just a basic set up and one hopefully be with a wide screen montior setup.

For Basic Setup budget is around 900 (including monitor, Windows, KB and Mouse)
For the higher end setup budge is around 1600 ( including Monitor, Windows, KB and Mouse)

For the higher end setup, i will need to have sharper display on the monitor for clients to view.


Pls Recommend the specs if possible
