Hi there, as I look thru this entire forum.. I am so so lost.. hope someone can help me do the thinking and analysing based on your knowledge and expertise that I so lack.

My budget will be about $900. I would need a good chassis and ventilation system. No need to buy HDD, disc reader and gaming peripherals as I can reuse my old one. No need for original windows as well.

Do help me out! <3

Mobo: Asrock b75m dgs + cpu: i5-3350p ~ $271
Ram: Crucial 8gb 1600mhz ~ $89
Reuse HDD if you have one.
Gpu: Zotac gtx760 2gb amp + psu: superflower hx500 500w 80+ gold ~ $429
Chassis: Nzxt h230 silent chassis ~ $109

You can handle high to ultra settings on certain games.

Games like bf4
Diablo3
BioShock infinite
Cod ghost
Tomb raider
And many more.

But take note that a com will not last long. Upgrading will make the com last longer in the long run.

back to topic, other than Roys suggestion, based on my current setup written on the right, what should I change and to what to increase my performance? Computer is always crashing and auto restarting.

How old is the PSU? If it is 3 or more years might wanna consider a new one.

can just buy the gpu first and try out the games you want, if satisfactory don't have to upgrade the rest of your parts except power supply maybe

Ok but my current mobo can last me how long more before the new hardware parts can't be fitted in anymore?

Also, is there any benefit of buying an original windows?
