Would you like to self assemble yourself at SLS or buy a boutique PC from the likes of Aftershock/Dreamcore?

Firstly, ofcourse, AMD system can install Windows no problem.

For Wifi, you can buy internal or external USB adapter. Some Motherboards has built in Wifi, especially ITX ones.

Assuming you're not going to Overclock:

PCTheme:
Mobo+CPU: MSI B360M BAZOOKA + i5 8400 @ $400
RAM: KINGSTON 2400MHZ CL17 8GB @ $125
PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 90+ Full Modular 550W @ $109 [Lazada]
GPU: GALAX GTX 1060 6GB O.C BLACK TWIN FAN @ $449
Casing: TECWARE NEXUS M MICRO T-GLASS CASE @ $59
HDD: Toshiba 1TB @ $54
SSD: CRUCIAL MX-500 SERIES 250GB 2.5" SSD: $129
Monitor: Dell SE2417HG 24" Gaming Monitor @ $149 [Lazada]
WiFi USB: Some Brandless AC600 USB WiFi Adaptor from Qoo10 or Lazada @ $11.80

Total: $1485.8

-------------------------------------------------
Ryzen build with Gfx Card. Still playable on 1080p Med settings 60~ FPS for DotA2.

Dynacore Prices, some parts can't find on PCThemes so i just use Dynacore prices.

Asrock AB350 Pro 4 + Ryzen 2400G @ $372 [Can't find on PCTheme, also please make sure BIOS is updated for Ryzen 2400G]
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz (2x 8GB) @ $292
PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 90+ Full Modular 550W @ $109 [Lazada]
Casing: Fractal Design Meshify C White @ $135
HDD: Toshiba 1TB @ $52
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250GB @ 139
Monitor: Dell SE2417HG 24" Gaming Monitor @ $149 [Lazada]
WiFi USB: Some Brandless AC600 USB WiFi Adaptor from Qoo10 or Lazada @ $11.80

Total: $1,259.80

Extras:
2x Extra Fans for your front casing fans: CM Masterfan MF120L White: $26
OR
the 3pack Corsair ML120 Pro @ $139-150?
CPU Cooler: Cryroig M9A $39 [Why not? Got spare budget anyway]

Gonna be slightly expensive, just because I'm trying to make it look nice LOL. When Graphics Card prices go down, can just buy one and throw it in.
