Need help for building a small form cpu

to replace my netbook. cos this intel atom s10-3 is far too slow to even load chrome

my requirements are as follows

- case size as small as possible
- able to support more than 10 tabs when using chrome to surf
- able to do torrenting
- need at least 4 usb ports
- able to run win 7 professional smoothly

i don't need CD Drive, external graphic card, sound card.

Pls help to recommend.

look at this thread lor and decide for yourself. Just look at what royfrosty posted(Tradepac) and mine (PC Theme). Minus away items u dun need. U dun need cd drive so i assume you have one either int(sata not ide) or ext cd drive yourself.
