Need help for building gaming rig 1.5k

Hi bros,

Please advice me on a rig that can play bf4 in the near future at mid/high setting hopefully.

Rig should allow me to use for 2-3 years and I dont plan to OC or change any parts. After 3 years, most probably is pass on the rig and get a whole new rig.

Budget is $1.5k inclusive of monitor. I dont mind slightly over budget to get parts tat is more value for money.
I can build the rig myself but it will be best if the shop do it instead.

Need monitor (prefer U2312HM) and SSD if can squeeze in.
I also prefer ATI gpu.

Dont need OS, KB, mouse and speaker.

Opinions and advices are appreciated.
