Need help for gaming rig with GTX 970

Hey there forum, first time poster here..

As title, i really want to have a desktop system with the new GTX 970, but i am restricted to a budget of 1.5k to at most 1.6k (SGD).

Any suggestions as to how i can maximise my specs with this budget?

I will be mostly playing anything i can get my hands on This includes the new gen games as well as mainstream games such as the MOBAs etc.

Would greatly appreciate any help, thank you!

1.5k is quite good budget if you do not require other peripherals. Im assuming you need everything?

Monitor?
Wifi?
Keyboard?
Mouse?
Speakers or Headphones?
