Need help for new PC Build

Hello all. I need some advice on building 2 PCs on a budget of S$3000.

Here's what the individual PC will be used for.

Computer 1
-Video editing
-Gaming(BF4, CSGO, L4D2 and MMORPGs)

Computer 2
-Web browsing
-Engineering 3D Drawing software(Autocad etc)

Some additional features for both is that so it is smooth, fast and stable.
