Need help FPS drop

Hi all, i don't know what's the issue but i'm experiencing fps drop in games that are lower requirement than PUBG. Playing PUBG, dota, CSGO the fps are fine (100-200fps)
When i play ROS pc version, i know the game is not very optimise and only have a cap at 60fps. But sometimes there will be fps drop on and off till about 30+, i wont be able to maintain max fps throughout.


Not sure is it my mobo+processor or what, but my rough specs are:
i5 + B85-G43
8gb RAM
GTX1060 6GB
Seasonic 650w PSU
144hz monitor

I see. Sounds like crap game based on steam reviews. Maybe it's badly optimized?

Hmm, so there's no solution to it? As i see some streamers can maintain 60fps throughout gameplay given the fact even when they're streaming.

Anyway it's really a crap game lol, at high rank it's a full variety range of hackers and it becomes unwinnable. But i'm just playing it to accompany my gf and friends feelsbadman

Its a direct portover from mobile to PC with no optimization. Cant expect much.
