My comp kept freezing / hanging randomly even when i not playing game.
This issue worsen recently and i can't even watch a video without my comp freezing every 15sec...
I tried to reformat my comp but the freezing still occur, so i assume the problem lies with my hardware.

So i wan to ask u guys if there is anything i can do to fix this problem? Cause my comp is quite new ( 2 years ) and i don't wan to buy a new one. If let say i send my comp for repair, will the fees be very ex? Thanks!

do u know which part of my hardware is causing the problem??
Because i don't think it has anything got to do with my comp's temperature in that regards, cause it happens straight away when i start my comp and not after i leave my comp on for too long... or am i wrong? please correct me if i am wrong QQ

Use memtest86+ to test RAM.
Use CrystalDiskMark to test HDD/SSD.
If both methods do not detect errors, get a different PSU to test.
If all else fails, go to PC Care & Solution at #02-32 and have Nigel to take a good look at your rig.
