need help - Hatyai Recommendations

Hi everyone, anyone care to some itinerary of hatyai?

Like must visit places of interest
Must eat food
And some interesting stuffs thanks!

(ps: I did googling before starting a new thread, saw places like kimyong market(nt sure operating hours and days), floating market, chokdee dimsum, qing jie soup)

Maybe some seniors can share more with me abt the locations and operating hours too!

Any inputs in greatly appreciated!
