Need help! HDMI switch

Hi all I recently changed to starhub fiber box and suddenly it doesn't work with my HDMI switch that I use to link my up starhub box and PS4.

Anyone of you faced the same prob and how did you resolve it?

Probably copy protection DRM to blame for that.

You might consider to provide (USB) powered to the HDMI switch.

I did encountered HDMI switch without powered unable to provide the signal from the Fibre IPTV Set top box to TV.

Not sure why.

Just a guess, my friend had the same issue with a HDMI splitter he can't connect blue ray player to TV. Turns out it's the copy protection built into the blue ray player and TV to blame (they don't want you recording their videos with a recorder)
