Hi,

I need help with building a DIY PC from scratch to play games such as Battlefield 4, Dota 2, CSGO hopefully on high settings with a budget of $1200 to $1500. Please state your preferred choice of monitor. Pardon me as I've little knowledge on computer parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Any recommendations on a cpu cooler for the setup above? Also will it be better to get 2x 4gb ram or a single 8gb ram?

Dual in synthetic benchmark yes you can see the difference. But in your eyes no. You can see much.

CPU cooler is not needed if you ain't overclocking. If you want then just get a xigmatek Gaia ~ $40.
