MSI z87-gd65 + i5-4670k ~ $507
Gskills ripjaws 1600mhz 4x4gb kit ~ $175
WD blue 1tb ~ $81
Plextor m5P 128gb ~ $149
MSI gtx 780 3gb ~ $958
Corsair cx750w modular ~ $127
Windows 7 pro 64bit ~ $176

Don't feel like is any viable for you to spend up to $2.5k for a good gaming rig.
Things like do you really need a gtx 780?
16gb ram?
And windows pro? Not unless you need server login.

Get a friend who's experienced in bargaining for PC parts to get at these prices for you, or better, bargain yourself. Prices vary depending on which shop you go to
