ok u mean 1st time no ram installed then u boot up?

then 2nd time put ram and then boot up?

I suggest you put in all components now, instead of one by one.

and like someone else mention list down all specs of parts.

it could be some parts are not compatible.

also what connectors are going into each component.

Like example harddisk needs power and data cable...

no hard drive then how to boot up???

you 1st time DIY is it??? Then its better you search youtube on how to DIY and install all parts 1st because there are simply too many things going wrong now...

you can see from video on how to install CPU, CPU heat sink, what cables going into and out of motherboard...etc.

why do you want to go into that screen?

some particular reason you don't want to boot to desktop?

isn't this screen before windows actually boots of your drive? different bios have different keys to go into bios. some are f2, some are f12 and some are del keys. just keep spamming any of the keys mentioned when you restart i guess.

manage to get into bios after resetting bios.
memtest on ram is okay.
on bios able to find cpu. running at good vcore 1.104v
power on motherboard, looks good as well.
graphic card should be good. since able to see monitor.
bios is 22.3
i heard it somewhere flashing new bios will help.
but for msi x58a-gd65. this is the latest already!
is there anything i can do? or just upgrade the cpu? thank you.

after removing the battery overnight then im able to get into bios. after that. i will get back to the same screen i first get. hang there forever...
