Need help in Raid Setup

Currently my OS drive is on a Samsung SSD. I have 2x 3TB HDD (in software RAID 1) and 1x 2TB HDD.

I want to use hardware raid instead now.

I understand that I can go into BIOS to setup the 2x 3TB to RAID but will I need to reinstall Windows on my SSD?

As long as your is is not on the raid partition, you do not need to reinstall your OS.
