Need help in reviving legacy game controller

Pulled out my old XFX Executioner gamepad and realized that Win 10 doesn't really recognize it, recognized it as "PS Vibration Feedback Converter". The settings doesn't have any force feedback. Tried searching drivers online and when I ran setup it states that it's not meant for current version of Windows. Anyone knows how to go about getting it to work properly? Thanks.

Just go buy a new proper Xbox/PS Controller.
They are so much better and have official driver support and mapping for PC games.
Great for Retro as well.
