Change asrock b85m pro4 to msi b85m-g43 as the asrock uses PCI whereas MSI uses PCI-e slots, more useful.

Add in 128gb ssd for OS, impt applications and 1-2 games.

Can get seasonic m12ii 550w psu, cheaper.

And where is your case? If not, can consider nzxt h230 silent case.

I would recommend FSP Raider 550W or Super Flower Golden Green HX 500W which saves you substantial amount of cash while losing only slight energy efficiency. You'll also get short of 2 years warranty though, that shouldn't be too much of an issue since 5 years is long enough to make it obsolete and tease you for new one. =:p

The rest are fine, but which variant of WD HDD is that? Green is strongly discouraged if this is your main disk due to the way it operates and its lower spindle.

Get the r9 280x its cheaper than the current gtx770 and slightly better.

MSI has one with twin frozr edition.
