I had a WD drive which was failing, but it was past the WD warranty, so the extended was under achieva. I managed to find in another thread their new office

I brought my drive to the location early May, filled up their RMA service form and was told they no longer repair it in Singapore, so it will be shipped to KL, so expected to take 1 month and that they would call me when it is ready for collection.
I called back to check early June and was told my drive is already transporting back to Singapore, however, I did not receive any calls since then. And recently their contact cannot be reached anymore (no dial-tone at all during office hours), I have yet to go down physically to the place again to check as I am working during those hours. Anybody knows if they are still there or their new location/contact?
