Need help msg during start up

Hi,
On start up a msg pop out it read:

1st time
Stop code: Kmode exception not handled.
What failed: NTFS sys mgt.

2nd time
stop code: memory mgt.

visit: window/stop code.

Both times I had to do a hard restarts. 3rd time it started smoothly. Is the HDD going to uplorry? Thanks.

Either hdd uplorry or windows never install properly

Download HDTune and do an error (do not check quick scan) for bad sectors.
