Need help. Newly build PC can't boot.

Hi everyone, i recently build a pc and it never manage to boots up, not even the bios page is shown. the power supply and fans in the pc is running. even the cpu cooler is running.

anyone have any idea what can be the issue? I've tried taking out all the connection and reconnect it back, tried with a diff psu.

and is there a recommended place to bring over my pc for it to be check if it is still not possible to know what is the issue?

monitor cable connected to motherboard or graphic card port?

Motherboard. I tried plug in the graphic card and connect to it but still the same result

Is the 4/9-pin CPU power cable from PSU plug into motherboard?
