The B450 motherboard can allow for a little overclocking of your CPU (if needed), and it is also more stable than the A320 motherboard that the other guy recommended if you want to run higher speed RAM in the future. This link shows the instability of the A320 motherboard when running higher speed RAM:
https://www.techspot.com/article/1584-amd-a320-vs-b350-motherboards/.
The G.Skill rams have heat sinks and thus can overclock better if needed. Kingston/Crucial rams do not have heat sinks. Aesthetically, the red and black of the G.Skill rams look better than with the Asrock motherboard than the green of the Kingston/Crucial.
The EVGA Bronze rated power supply will be more power efficient than the white rated FSP Hyper K. TS will save more on electricity bills. EVGA also uses better components than FSP which helps if you overclock.
The Fractal Design Focus G has good airflow and 3.5inch bays should TS reuse his DVD-writer. Please do not buy the Armageddon casing as they are not known for their casings and their quality isn't very good. At the bare minimum, I would advise that TS should go for the Tecware casing.
I recommended DBS/POSB card promos as most people have DBS/POSB cards and the discounts are more than Citibank for the parts that TS is purchasing.
The techspot article is outdated. Do take note that I am recommending the ASRock A320M HDV R4.0 with improved VRMs which supports up to 105W CPUs, not the early version of A320M HDV (R1.0) which supports up to 65W CPUs.
I've used a similar 65W rated ASRock AB350M HDV (R1.0) before to OC a 2200G's iGPU only (no OC on cpu) and even then it's pretty underwhelming.
Ram OC issues have more to do with the mobo BIOS than the mobo itself. I have friends stuck on 2133mhz on B350 mobos until they updated to newer BIOS. (By the time B450 came out the BIOS versions are already much more stable)
I am using the ASRock A320M HDV R4.0 myself with kingston 2x4GB 3000mhz cl15 ram OC-ed with no issues.
The green kingston/crucial rams you are talking about are the trash 2666mhz CL19 rams that I specifically asked TS not to buy. None of the 2666mhz CL15/16 kingston/crucial rams that I recommended come with the ugly green PCB, they all have heatsinks and are of varying color themes from white/red/black/grey.

G.Skill also carries those trashy 2666mhz CL19 ddr4 rams as well. I'm not saying G.Skill rams are bad, they also have proper 2666mhz CL15. The speed and latency is what's important, I just happened to mention kingston/crucial only, but g.skill is just as good. In fact the $92 online one I mentioned is the g.skill 2666mhz cl15.

For PSUs, there is only a 2-5% efficiency difference between white and bronze 80+. But most importantly you cannot save electricity from power that is not being used.
A 2200G setup with no dedicated graphics can run on a mere 150w pico PSU. Plus with that amount of load the efficiency difference between white and bronze 80+ is only around 2%.
If you are going for serious overclocking, you will not be buying a low tier group regulated unit PSU like the EVGA BV (which is a lower tier than the EVGA B on linustechtips PSU tier list, do not mistake them for the same model) or FSP Hyper K.
There are certain parts inside the EVGA BV which is better than the FSP Hyper K, hence the bronze rating. But when you see the $22 higher price, 2 years shorter warranty and the lousier normal operating temperature rating of 0-30 degrees (most budget PSU has 0-40 degrees rating like FSP Hyper K) it's not really that much better. You can make the decision for yourself, nothing wrong if you feel that the EVGA BV is better after reading our comments and choose to get that one instead.
I have used quite a series of cheap PC cases from Tecware, Armaggeddon to the middle range NZXT and even taobao SFF cases. Let's just say that cheap stuff will definitely feel cheap, you get what you pay for. I don't think there is a difference between Armaggeddon's mainstream products like keyboard/mouse and their lesser known stuff like PC case. The Armaggeddon keyboard/mouse/pc case all feel cheap lol just like Tecware's PC case material.
But for a budget build what is important is functionality. As long as it works well, looks decent it's alright.
It's hard to find a place where you can get a nice looking tempered glass MATX case with a large 140mm RGB fan (controllable by the reset switch) for under $40 including shipping.
But it's good that we're recommending different things so TS has more choices to look at whether they're good or bad. Just because something may be considered to be better/worse doesn't mean TS can't prefer the other one.
I don't recommend Citibank card promos over POSB card promos, just sharing about other promos in case it comes in helpful for TS.

In some cases the citibank promos are more worth it when the items you want to buy are only $50 or $60 at most like ssd PSU etc.
Do share more promos if you have them so that TS and others may benefit from it too!
