budget 1300 +- 200

no need os

but need monitor , keyboard , mouse , speaker.

hdd 1tb will do

need ssd

if hanswell is good might as well wait if the price is +- less then 50

might overclock in a few years time. if the different between k is a less then 100 different.

The Hi-Vi Swans M10 2.1 speakers are pretty good for $119. I think Cybermind sells them.
