7) PSU - SEASONIC M12II-MODULAR 620W SGD ???
8) Casing - SHAR KOON TG5 ATXSGD 89
9) Windows - Lazada ( $10-20)
10) Re use monitor

You can refer to another recent thread. Will suggest you to go 2200G instead, can get for $500+- or less.
