Need Help on Building a New Rig

[xvoodoox]

Hi there! I am looking for help on building a gaming rig used for mainly running games like archeage/shadow of mordor/final fantasy , as well as to use it for photoshopping , autocad and heavy video editing. Hope to futureproof it for around 3 years if possible, need a proper sound card , 2tb storage with an ssd for running the system, as well as a really good gpu. Will be running on a 32inch tv not included in my budget and will 2.5~3k be enough? And basically i have no friends who is computer literate so is there any place where i can get them to fix it for me for a fee? Thank you for any help or assistance on this !
